Why is Te not assertiveness in Socionics?

Attēls
First of all, let's look into what assertiveness is as a term: Having or showing a confident and forceful personality. (Google search). Now, let's go back to Socionics. Socionics Te is not "assertiveness", because being assertive is a behavioural trait, first of all, that is based on psychological personal qualities - psychological states of the person. Recalling the theory, Te is anything within the field of practical logic and how to do things - making tech related things or business related things, starting from simple practical actions as making coffee or cleaning stains on clothes, ending with complex technological processes like repairing PCs or dealing with economical processes. Having assertiveness as we already looked into briefly, goes back to self-confidence that's a personal psychological attitude, but it's not that simple and exclusive to psychology! Because we are adding an information element of Socionics to it and as result this personal att...

Socionics "masks". (My translation RU to ENG)

Socionics "masks": how they are helping us and how they interfere with us. By S.K. Kameneva, T.N.Prokovyeva Our socium is made a way so that getting into certain life situations, people put on "masks" with the not always conscious goal of presenting themselves to others in a more favorable light. This article is about what "masks" are. Yermak), "socionics accentuations" (S.I.Churyumov), "acccents of type" (V.V.Meged, A.A. Ovcharov). First about existance of these traits of a human bei...

Comparison of LII and ILI.

Attēls
The descriptions go by listing and comparing the mentioned SAME elements of both types that are each in their own stack, the ones listed in the correct 1-8 placement are LIIs. LII Ti leading + Ne creative and creates a value that makes LII consider multiple options/alternatives/ways, and not only consider, but making it in general a very open-minded individual type. Ti creates abstract logical constructs about static existing things - not "how the world works", but "how the world IS", Ne Creative amplifies the position of Ti into multitudes and constant tendency for "what ifs" which makes LII a very philosophical thinker that can evaluate many alternate possibilities. ILI Ti demonstrative and Ne restrictive creates unvalued positions that help ILIs main purpose elements - Te practical logic aka "how the world WORKS" a dynamic aspect and adds static Ti information to conclude this macroaspect of Logic that is very strong in ILI individuals; Ne r...
