Socionics is a calculation of information elements presented in individuals speech patterns. Each element determines a type of information. Individuals psyche "absorbs" the information from external surroundings such as when we read, speak, observe, etc. When the individual is subjected to typing process, their speech is being analysed and that way we can see the elements in speech patterns. Here is a short description of each element and how by what they determine we can detect them in speech. Ni - determining patterns in any happenings, observing things in time flow, dynamic and sees what is changing and how, talks about times and patterns changes between them and all encompassing things, sees the big picture, predicts the outcome based on collecting patterns in time. Suguru Geto - a fanatic of meanings from Alpha quadra?

We can see that many point out how Suguru Geto from the worldwide top list manga and anime - Jujutsu Kaisen - is LII, an Alpha quadra Logic type, attributing fanatism of meanings. To add a perspective, I would say that not as much because of fanatism about meanings, because they certainly can, in Alpha quadra - through Ne Ti seek the "meaning of whole construct for the sake of analysis and search of different truth/s", however -  where are his Alpha quadra values? Ne PoLR. Several manifestations.

As we know Ne in short is an "airy" abstract element about possibilities, alternatives, talent, hidden essences of things. Ne PoLR can in fact manifest in a way when individual sees one thing as THE thing, aka tunnel vision and something they deemed as "right" being the only right thing. This can result in a large pain or fear of failure if doubled onto this aspect with psychological cases of trauma. Individual can think that there are "so many ways" that they cannot see or figure out, brain with difficulty shuffles through the information of possibilities, alternatives, abstract essences of things - either outcomes or jumping through the different cases as well as possible abilities of one (not Sensory as strength or power, but abstract such as talent). Why is Te not assertiveness in Socionics?

First of all, let's look into what assertiveness is as a term: Having or showing a confident and forceful personality. (Google search). Now, let's go back to Socionics. Socionics Te is not "assertiveness", because being assertive is a behavioural trait, first of all, that is based on psychological personal qualities - psychological states of the person. Recalling the theory, Te is anything within the field of practical logic and how to do things - making tech related things or business related things, starting from simple practical actions as making coffee or cleaning stains on clothes, ending with complex technological processes like repairing PCs or dealing with economical processes. Comparison of LII and ILI.

The descriptions go by listing and comparing the mentioned SAME elements of both types that are each in their own stack, the ones listed in the correct 1-8 placement are LIIs. LII Ti leading + Ne creative and creates a value that makes LII consider multiple options/alternatives/ways, and not only consider, but making it in general a very open-minded individual type.
